I specialize in getting complex clinical sites up, running, and completely patient ready. I thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments that are constantly changing. My career has been primarily focused on untangling tough logistical challenges, building scalable workflows, and service to people by improving access to quality health care that is affordable, appropriate and respectful.
From the start, I’ve been passionate about developing and guiding alternative care initiatives. The most rewarding professional highlights have come from working with teams that foster new ideas, research the needs within the community, find ways to enhance existing services and actively engage the neighbors who may have been overlooked or underserved.
While charting a course that will take a new program from pilot phase to multi-site rollout is exciting, the handover stage has proven to be just as personally fulfilling when we were able to reflect on the relationships that were built along the way.

High Stakes Contract Logistics: From overseeing 24/7 medical readiness for a fleet of cruising and expedition vessels to coordinating emergency outbreak responses, I bring experience that backs up strategic planning.
Cross-Functional Alignment: I facilitate collaboration and bridge gaps between data analytics, IT, finance procurement, and frontline medical staff to ensure project alignment and success across interdisciplinary teams.
Compliance & Quality Assurance: I build internal audit criteria and manage biomedical readiness workflows that achieve zero-deficiency, inspection-ready operations. I work extensively with clinic professionals during the orientation/onboarding stage to ensure documentation in the EHR/EMR is consistently completed on time and accurately reflects the services provided. I also develop performance metrics and train the team’s compliance review panel so high standards are maintained after the handover stage.
